Parents

Norton prides itself as a school with a “family feel”.  A key part of our success is a partnership with parents.  Parents know they can contact College, whatever the query.  All staff take a great professional pride in responding to parents’ questions as a priority.  Each year group has a dedicated Pastoral Leader responsible for pastoral care.  The team of Pastoral Leaders, led by a senior team, has the capacity to speak to parents or return calls, usually on the day they receive them.  Email contact details for all Pastoral Leaders are on the Contact page.  Alternatively, email addresses of the senior team, Year Progress Leaders and subject leads mean that parents can directly contact key staff to help resolve queries.
